What is Get Square Local?
We're a local, authorized Square dealer serving the Grand Strand. We help new and existing businesses choose hardware, build menus and inventory, and get set up on Square — with a real neighbor you can call, not a 1-800 number.
Do you charge extra fees or markups?
No. There are no additional fees, no markups, and no setup costs from us. You get the exact same Square pricing you'd get signing up on your own — we simply provide the local help on top of it, free.
What does the local support actually include?
Hands-on help picking the right hardware, building your menu/inventory, setting up taxes, receipts, and staff logins, and answering questions as you go — in person around the Grand Strand or by phone and text. Call or text us at 843-310-8676 or email [email protected].
What's the difference between Standard Rates and the Cash Discount option?
With Standard Rates, you pay Square's published processing rates — currently 2.6% + 15¢ per in-person tap, dip, or swipe, 3.3% + 30¢ for online payments and invoices, and 3.5% + 15¢ for manually keyed transactions. With the Cash Discount (4%) option, a 4% adjustment is passed on to the customer at checkout, which offsets your card processing cost. You can apply with either option and switch later if you change your mind. (Rates are set by Square and may change.)
What Square hardware can you help me with?
All of it — Square Reader, Square Stand, Square Register, Square Terminal, and Square Kiosk, plus accessories like cash drawers, printers, and scanners. We'll recommend exactly what you need and nothing you don't.
